Faye Aydin Bio
Hi, I’m Faye Aydin, a trained and experienced hair and makeup artist – and I love it!
I began my career in hair and make up in my native city of Manchester in the UK.
My Latin European heritage has influenced my style, and I love to create fresh, vibrant, stylish images that always meet the brief. I am happy following direction or can show off my own creative flair – whatever works best.
My passion for hair and makeup has always been fundamental to my life. I am so grateful to be chosen for the BFI & BAFTA Crew for 2021, and can’t wait to see what this new opportunity brings.
You can find my work regularly featured in print media, online, as well as in film and television. I am working with Corporate clients on TV commercials and advertising projects at the moment. I am requested specifically by artists such as Lisa Stansfield, Kim Cattrall and others, and feel lucky to be working with such talented people.
I like working with children as they are lots of fun and am fully UK DBS checked and COVID-19 Health & Safety trained. My clients are important to me.
Being able to travel to New York, Milan, and Paris for bookings is exciting, although I enjoy working in the UK too. In my downtime, I love listening to music, reading as well as watching films, Amelie is one of my favourites, I love the costume designs, and of course the hair and makeup!
Send me a message if you want to see my full CV, or if you want to talk to me about your upcoming project.
I would love to hear from you!
