Faye Aydin Bio

Hi, I’m Faye Aydin, a trained and experienced hair and makeup designer – and I love it!

I began my career in hair and make up in my native city of Manchester in the UK.

I love to create hair and make up designs that always meet the brief.  I am happy following direction or can show off my own creative flair – whatever works best.

My passion for hair and makeup has always been fundamental to my life. I am grateful to have won an Emmy Award as Key Make Up Artist for Outstanding Hair and Make Up for The Canterville Ghost. Being a part of  BAFTA CONNECT and the Bafta community is a great experience.

You can find my work regularly featured in films, print media, advertising, online, as well as in television.  I am requested specifically by artists such as Lisa Stansfield, Kim Cattrall and others, and feel lucky to be working with such talented people.

I am fully UK DBS checked.  My clients are important to me.

Being able to travel to Milan and Paris for bookings is exciting, although I enjoy working in the UK too. In my downtime, I love watching films, Amelie is one of my favourites as well as listening to music and reading.

Send me a message here if you want to see my full CV, or if you want to talk to me about your upcoming project.

I would love to hear from you!

Faye x
